Our Company is founded by Mitesh Sirsat and his family, a highly qualified and resolute second-generation real estate developer. In fact, Mitesh grew up and flourished at the original site of Park Residences - his childhood home. Mish & Mau Realty is named after the youngest members of the family, Mishka & Maurya. Naturally, everything we do must be blemishless, and be the best.
Our Company is also blessed by over three decades of real estate experience of Mr. Jayant Sirsat. His expertise in Real Estate Liasoning has helped develop buildings such as Kshitij in suburban Mumbai to Silver Apartments in Prabhadevi and a 300-building - 100-acre project called Sri Prastha in the Thane district. The Sirsat Group has a mammoth portfolio of leased properties across Kamala Mills, Nariman Point, and Dadar. Ambit House, Lower Parel, 40,000 sqft completed in 2005, Bayview Terraces, Worli, 2,50,000 sqft completed in 2014, with upcoming projects like Gopal Bhuvan, Prabhadevi of 2,00,000 sqft and the Sewri Commercial project of 7,00,000 sqft.
